Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of installation. We will arrange for a replacement part or repair as per our warranty policy.

  2. Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

  3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery or installation appointment, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
